Customers ordering from outside the European Economic Area will not be charged the 20% VAT included in the price shown online. This discount is applied at the checkout once you have chosen which country your order is being delivered to.
To work out the price with the VAT discount applied, divide the displayed price by 1.2. This is slightly different to simply reducing the price by 20%.
Can I collect my order from the London HQ?
Yes you can.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email to confirm your order has left Eye Respect. This email will contain a link to the courier’s website so that you can track your parcel.
Can I track my parcel?
All orders shipped are traceable. We will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.
Why have I been asked for additional information?
We occasionally carry out security checks on orders. There are many reasons why we choose to do this and we have a policy of making random spot checks. If you have been asked to supply additional information please be aware that we cannot begin the dispatch process until the information is received. We use the utmost discretion and security with any information we receive.
Where is the warranty information on your website?
All products purchased from www.eyerespect.com carry the full manufacturers warranty unless sold as a “no warranty” item. In special circumstance, in the extremely unlikely event the manufacturer is no longer in business, Eye Respect will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide a solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser reflected on our records. Please email our Customer Service Team – firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any warranty questions.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
For regions outside of the European Union any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and vary from country to country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the exact cost will be (if there is any). It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
There are no customs or import duties within the EU as we ship from the UK.
If any parcels are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
Why is my country not on your delivery list?
Unfortunately at this time there is a possibility we may not deliver to your country, however if you contact our Customer Services Team – email@example.com we may be able to provide a suitable shipping method for you at a price you’re happy with.
